Introduction of Titanium Tube Grade 2:
Grade 2 titanium tubes are extensively used in commercial heat exchangers due to their outstanding corrosion resistance and robustness. In contrast, grade 9 titanium tubes are highly valued in aerospace for hydraulic lines because of their exceptional combination of lightweight properties and high strength. This grade of titanium is also widely adopted in motorsports, sports equipment, and bicycle manufacturing. The lightweight nature of grade 9 titanium contributes to improved performance in applications requiring quick acceleration and deceleration, such as in sports shafts like those used in golf clubs and lacrosse sticks.

For motorcycle exhaust tubing, grade 9 titanium is suitable for applications where temperatures remain below 800 degrees Fahrenheit, offering durability and corrosion resistance in demanding environments. However, in auto racing headers, which experience temperatures exceeding 1000 degrees Fahrenheit, the feasibility of using titanium is still under exploration due to its operational temperature limits.
