Process flow: Use high-quality sponge titanium, smelting ingot more than 2 times,
forging and hot-rolling, hot-rolling, selecting rolling method according to the product,
rolling to the finished product size, and finally flattening the sheet to finish the finished sheet.
Physical properties: The tensile strength of the Gr2 titanium sheet is> 450Mpa,
the yield value is> 360Mpa, and the elongation after breaking is> 30%.
Quality supervision: starting from the sponge titanium composition inspection, the upper,
middle and lower samples of the ingot are sampled for composition inspection, and ultrasonic
non-destructive inspection is performed to ensure the quality of the ingot. Physical performance
