Advantages:
(1) The company adopts domestic advanced smelting equipment-3 tons double chamber vacuum consumable arc furnace for multiple smelting, the entire smelting process is fully automated, the control accuracy is high, the smelting period is short, and the chemical composition of the titanium ingot produced is uniform , No inclusion, no segregation, small shrinkage cavity, high yield of titanium ingot. According to the requirements of aerospace titanium, multiple smelting processes are used to make the chemical composition of the product more uniform, the grain size is finer and the distribution is even, which ensures the physical properties of the product.
(2) The company adopts advanced forging equipment --- 2000 tons of free forging hydraulic press for blank forging, which can be set at a fixed pressure, and the hydraulic machine of the operating machine is controlled on the same table. The titanium and titanium alloy products have a uniform internal structure and stable and reliable performance.
(3) According to the requirements of aerospace titanium, multiple piercing processes are used in the forging process, which can effectively ensure the product structure and improve the mechanical properties of the product.
(4) Both natural gas furnaces and electric furnaces for forging adopt PLC automatic control system. Set the program to automatically heat up, keep warm, and automatically record heating data. Melting and forging and various heating data can be traced.
Main production equipment: 3500T electrode press, 3 tons double chamber vacuum consumable arc furnace, 2000T and 3500T free forging hydraulic press, 750 kg air hammer, natural gas heating furnace, resistance heating furnace, lathe, sawing machine, etc
