Ti-6Al-6V-2Sn-0.5Cu-0.5Fe is a kind of titanium alloy.This material have the advantage of light weight, corrosion

resistance of pure titanium itself.And because of these chemical components(V, Sn etc.) added, its hardness

and strength have been greatly increased. The alloy also has good hot workability(including conventional process 

performance and superplasticity), and can be welded and machined in various ways. The beta heat treatmentand

is other mal forging of this alloy have achieved rapid development.The alloy is mainly used for the manufacture of

compressor disks, blades, drums and other parts of aircraft engines,and can also be used to manufacture aircraft

structural parts. Through the thermal deformation and heat treatmentin the α-β region, the maximum long-term working temperature of the alloy is 500 ° C. The semi-finished products produced include bars, forgings and die forgings.

Ti-6Al-6V-2Sn-0.5Cu-0.5Fe titanium alloy is a widely used high-temperature titanium alloy with a maximum operating

temperature of 500 ° C.It is mainly used in aircraft engine compressor components such as blades, discs, drums and
