GR1 Titanium Plate ASTM B265 Cold Rolled Square

GR1 titanium plate to ASTM B265 can be classified into hot rolled, forged and cold rolled types. Hot rolled GR1 plate is specified from 5.5-250mm; small pure titanium plates of 5.5-25mm are mainly supplied as titanium alloys, bolts and straight strips for mechanical parts, while pure titanium sheets over 25mm are mainly used for making mechanical parts or seamless titanium tube blanks. Because the chemical composition and strength differ, the physical and mechanical properties vary; pure titanium plates have better cold bending performance and can be used with 180-degree hooks, and GR1 plate has better weldability with ordinary carbon electrodes.
