Gr5 Ti-6Al-4V Titanium Rod R56400 AMS4928

This is an annealed Gr5 (Ti-6Al-4V) titanium round bar produced to ASTM B348 and AMS 4928, equivalent to UNS R56400 and W.Nr 3.7165. Gr5 is a typical low-temperature titanium alloy whose strength increases as temperature falls while its plasticity changes only slightly; it keeps good ductility and toughness at low temperature and avoids the cold brittleness of other metals. It is therefore a suitable material for low-temperature containers, storage tanks and similar equipment.
