Product Description

AWS A5.16 Titanium Alloy Wire Coil Gr1 Gr5

This titanium alloy and pure titanium wire is produced to AWS A5.16 (and related ASTM B863, ASTM F136, ASTM F67, ISO 5832-2/-3) with a bright polished surface and a purity of 99.95%. It is offered in a diameter range of 0.1-7.0 mm and supplied straight, on spools or in coils, in cold rolled, hot rolled or annealed condition. Gr5 (Ti-6Al-4V) offers good corrosion resistance and thermal stability and can be welded in several ways, with welded joint strength up to 90% of the base metal.
