With the National Day holiday over, the workshop at Lihua Titanium is bustling again. Machines, drawings, inspection tools, and products awaiting delivery have all returned to their places. For a manufacturing company, resuming work after a holiday is not just about restarting production—it is about re-establishing a stable, orderly delivery rhythm.

A titanium flange goes through multiple stages from raw material to finished product, including machining, measurement, inspection, surface protection, and packaging. After the post-holiday restart, each process needs to be reconnected according to project schedules: products that have completed machining move into inspection, orders awaiting technical confirmation continue to have their drawings verified, and products preparing for shipment focus on checking packaging and transport protection.

This is especially true for large-specification titanium flanges, where product weight, dimensions, and machined surfaces place higher demands on on-site operations. During lifting, attention must be paid to load-bearing points; during transfer, collisions must be avoided; during packaging, sealing surfaces, inner bores, and bolt holes must be protected. Every seemingly ordinary action can affect the final delivery condition.

For nearly 20 years, Lihua Titanium has continued to provide production and services centered on titanium materials and titanium products. We believe that stable delivery does not come from temporarily speeding up, but from clear planning, reliable processes, and careful execution at every stage.
The holiday is over, and a new work cycle has begun. Lihua Titanium will continue to start from the workshop, making every titanium flange well and completing every delivery steadily.
