ASTM B363 Gr2 Titanium Seamless Welding Elbow

This titanium tube elbow is available in Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 7 and Grade 12 and is produced to ASTM B363, ASME SB363 and ASME B16.9 in 45, 90 and 180 degree forms, in both long radius and short radius. It is supplied as seamless or welded fittings with outside diameters from 1/2 inch to 48 inch (DN15 to DN1200) and wall thickness from Sch5s to Sch160s.

Titanium has a better strength-to-density ratio than most metals, so lighter components can carry the same load, and it resists pitting, acid and stress corrosion in moist air, seawater, alkali, chlorides and chlorinated organic substances as well as in sulphuric and nitric acid. It works for long periods at 450-500 C while keeping high strength, and it retains good ductility at low and very low temperatures.
