This titanium plate and block is forged to ASTM B381 in Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 5, Grade 7, Grade 9 and Grade 12 and is supplied in the annealed condition with thickness above 20 mm. The surface is polished or sand blasted, third party testing by SGS, TUV and BV is available, and the material suits precision processing and further forming.

Plate and block are produced under ISO9001:2015 with quality supervision that starts from sponge titanium composition inspection and includes ingot sampling, ultrasonic non-destructive testing and physical performance tests. Small sheets are wrapped in white paper and large sheets are separated with pearl cotton and foam padding in a plywood box; size, thickness and grade can be customized, monthly capacity is 10 tons and orders are normally delivered within 5-15 work days.
